Private Policy

• The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
• The $200 program deposit will be deducted from your total program fees upon full payment and is also non-refundable.

All other refunds will not exceed the table below:
 

• 100%   30 days or more before start of program
• 80%     20-29 days before start of program
• 70%     15-19 days before start of program
• 50%     14 days or less before start of program
• No Refund Once program has started
   

Information We Collect

RWC has devised this refund policy to be as fair as possible to all parties involved. Our policy is structured in the above manner due to the numerous expenses required to arrange a program and the housing and school policies within China. Please note that RWC undertakes significant financial commitments on behalf of its program participants far in advance of their program start date, including application fees, course fees, accommodation fees and administrative expenses. Any information collected on this site is used only to facilitate a better and more personal experience for the user. Real World Chinese will not share your information with any third party outside our organizations.
 

Additional Refund Terms and Conditions

• Written notification is necessary for the canceling of any program and subsequent request for a refund. This notification should be delivered to your nearest RWC’s office.
• No Refund will be given once a course commences unless prior written approval has been obtained from Real World Chinese.
• In the event that a course has been cancelled or a date change has been made to your particular course you agree to either accept a refund of program fees (not including the application fees paid) or to an alternative program and or date to which both RWC and yourself have agreed on.
• All bank transfer fees or costs associated with the refund shall be borne by the person requesting the refund.
